Is the coffee fresh?

Yes! All of our coffee is roasted to order in small batches and shipped quickly. 

All of our coffee is specialty grade and ethically traded with a focus on relationships and respect for the farm and the farmer. All lots are carefully evaluated based on cup quality, farm process and sustainable practice.

Anyone who knows coffee knows that freshness is an extremely important factor for flavor. Your coffee isn't roasted until after you click the final checkout button.

How long will the coffee stay fresh?

Ground coffee stays fresh for about 6-9 months and whole bean coffee stays fresh for about 12 months. Store it in a cool, dark place and if possible, in an airtight container.

An unopened bag of coffee beans can generally stay fresh for up to a year, depending on the roast and storage conditions (cool, dark place and airtight container if possible). An opened bag of ground coffee is typically good for 3-5 months when stored properly in a cool, dark place.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer free shipping on all domestic U.S. orders, no code needed! All coffee is roasted fresh to order and shipped within 2-5 business days. Just make sure to double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid any issues!

How long will it take to receive my order?

We roast our coffee fresh for every order so on average your order will arrive at your door step within 3-7 business days. 

We'll have it to you with fast, free shipping as soon as possible. It might not be as fast as an overnight Amazon shipment, but it also hasn't been sitting in a warehouse for months. 

What should I do if my coffee arrives damaged?

If your coffee arrives damaged, please let us know right away! We have a 7-day replacement policy for damaged products. Just send us photos of the damaged product and the mailer, and we’ll get a replacement sent out to you as soon as possible.

Can I return my coffee if I’m not satisfied?

While all sales are final, we want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to make it right!
